Shipping

Australia: 

Free Local Pickup (Saturdays): No minimum spend! We offer pickups at Rhodes Central, 12/14 Walker St, Rhodes NSW & Lachlan's Square Village, 17 Halifax St, Macquarie Park NSW 2113. Please make a booking here once you've placed an order.

Standard (3-5 business days): Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $120. Orders under $120 will incur a $9.95 standard shipping charge. 

Express Shipping (1 business day): We offer express shipping for $13.95.

All orders (except for eGiftcards) will be delivered through Australia Post.

 

From time to time, there may be delays due to peak seasons, public holidays, where address or payment information requires confirmation, and other delays in the postal network outside of our control.  

International:

We ship worldwide! For deliveries to New Zealand, United States, and United Kingdom you will be provided with a postage quote at checkout before making payment. For everywhere else in the world, please email us via hello@walkiebee.com with item(s) you wish to purchase for a quote. 

International shipping ranges between $17AUD - $50AUD (dependent on the weight & region of the order).

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post, which you can track here. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered with your local courier. i.e USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail etc.

Incorrect details: Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Please contact us via email hello@walkiebee.com immediately, but please be mindful there may be instances where we are unable to correct or amend.

Exchanges & Returns

All items except for gift cards, can be returned within 20 days of your date of purchase for a store credit (excluding postage) provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and

• The item has not been worn, damaged or washed;

• The item is not a gift card 

If you would like to return your item(s), please contact us via email   

hello@walkiebee.com to authorise your return. Please ensure to include the following information:

• Your name

• Your order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

 

Please note customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs (unless faulty). 

Once we have received and processed your return, we will provide you a store credit within 2-5 business days.

We highly recommend sending your return via trackable post as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We also kindly ask that you include paperwork inside the parcel containing your order number.
